Rachael is full of knowledge on every area of beauty and aesthetics, she’s given me loads of advice with no obligation to buy products or keep using her services. You can tell she is just very passionate about what she does and genuinely wants to help people.

Most recently she has given me my first round of Botox and some more lip filler, and aside from being absolutely thrilled with the results, she was gentle and patient throughout the whole process and always made sure I was comfortable and happy. Will absolutely be coming back for more in the future ????????????

I had been diagnosed with sebaceous cysts by my GP and was being referred for minor surgery in a private hospital as their removal isn't covered by the NHS (unless infected). I decided to get a second opinion and was recommended to come here by a family member. My appointment was with Rachel, who was happy to have a look and let me know if she could help. On examination she informed me that the were actually very old large black heads and explained the procedure to me before going ahead. Rachel kept the mood light hearted which made me feel at ease. I was very comfortable during the whole treatment. I would definitely recommend this place.
